Antonia (Moschetti) Natone

Antonia M. (Moschetti) Natone passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 99.

  She was born on September 3, 1924, to parents John and Carmela (Savino) Moschetti. 

  She is survived by her daughters, Mary Ann (Richard) Guggemos of Spring City, TN and Camille Zalone of Farmington, NY; granddaughters Maria (Kevin) Sommer of Fairport, NY and Nina (Patrick) Stenshorn of Henrietta, NY; great granddaughters Gianna Sommer, Michaela Sommer, Savannah Stenshorn and Adirah Stenshorn; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and godchildren.

  Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Mario A. Natone; son-in law Michael Zalone and her siblings Jennie Cochran, Joseph V. Moschetti, Rocco Moschetti and Vito Moschetti.

  She worked for W.E. Bouley Construction Company for over 45 years and volunteered for many years at the St. Mary’s Pasta Dinners. She loved to cook and bake, especially for holidays and special occasions.

Calling hours are this Tuesday, March 26th from 4 to 6 pm in the Pettigrass Funeral Home, 196 Genesee St.,Auburn. Antonia's Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 11:00 am in St. Mary's Church. Entombment in St. Joseph's Mausoleum will follow the mass.

The family requests donations in her memory to be made to Hospice of CNY, 990 7th N. Street, Liverpool, NY 13088, or Meals on Wheels, 160 Genesee Street, Auburn.

 We would like to acknowledge the many people who have helped us fulfill our mom’s final wish—to remain in her home.  Neighbors, friends, godchildren, and cousins, all of whom are angels on Earth—we can’t thank you enough!
